In Javascript, functions are first-class objects and can be assigned properties just like any other object.  But should we do this?  It certainly seems like this could cause intractable problems if used widely.  Imagine if everybody started decorating functions and methods with properties?  ... The two-parameter case is quite ugly and unwieldy, in my opinion.  However, it shed some light on a general-purpose solution, a "memoizer" I'd like to call it.
